Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, enhance, and edit a master branch standard drawing align with corporate branch guideline, criteria, and budget.
  • Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals for approval.
  • Assist the interior and exterior design for each selected new and existing branch following master branch standards. Provide support and coordinate interior and exterior standards of all AMK offices.
  • Reinforce and monitor the implementation of branch standards to ensure consistency and quality of office standards across all AMK branches
  • Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications, and Bill Of Quantity.
  • Monitor the project progress align with Branch Standard Roll out plan to ensure the deadline are met.
  • Build up the 3d rendering.
  • Attend site meeting, survey and conduct spot check before during and end of production to ensure the quality and follow the standard
  • Compile reports for project meetings Cooperate with marketing department and branch support department.

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architect (in both interior and exterior)
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience in interior and exterior design
  • Experience with organizing and leading the office standard setup as well as interior and exterior design
  • Good inter-personal skills, clean presentation and experience in communication
  • Able to relate well to others and to work independently without close supervision
  • Good written and spoken communication skills, both English and Khmer
  • Computer literacy: Essential – Interior and exterior design, 3DMax, AutoCAD
  • Willing to travel to provinces for standard office setup;
  • Microfinance/banking sector experience is an advantage
  • Honest and positive attitude
  • Creative and innovative self starter

Job Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a development of annual sales target, budget plan and selling strategies for the branch.
  • Execute the selling strategies to sell non-credit products to corporate clients to achieve sales target determined by branch manager.
  • Search for new corporate customers to make presentation with an effective explanation with visibility of the products and merchandising materials to customers.
  • Open new savings account for corporate clients and provide door to door customer services, including an acceptance of cheque deposit, for key customers at their doorstep or institution.
  • Liaise with marketing department to ensure successful launch of marketing campaign and strategies.
  • Maintain and keep the public aware of AMK branding and products and services.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide constructive solution to direct supervisor as well as other related departments for a better improvement.
  • Build a good business relationship with all key corporate account to ensure the quality of customer services and keep customer loyalty.
  • Follow up and analyse market and competition to ensure on-tracking competitive advantages of products and services.
  • Assist branch manager in other necessary works being delegated.

Qualification and Experiences:

  • Completed Bachelor degree in subjects of sale, marketing or related field.
  • At least two year experience in sales and promotion (microfinance/banking business is a plus).
  • Commercial Activities with a track record of high sales network and promotion targets
  • Good selling and promotion skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable talking with clients and various level of people in different situation
  • A good team player
  • Good command of English; read, written, and spoken;
  • Computer literacy: Essential - Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint);
  • Good inter-personal skills and clean presentation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
•    Development of a comprehensive framework for PRASAC Bank including appropriate policies, procedures, governance structures and tools
•    Necessity of systematizing and centralizing of all policies, guidelines (procedures and manuals) and memos/instructions that serves as information service platform with following three levels of classification (i). Policy, (ii). Guideline and Procedure, and (iii). memo/instruction
•    Upon finalization of the inventory of policies and guidelines, undergo an analysis of document update degree and define solution for updates.

•    Results driven and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•    Motivated self-starter who can take charge of complex tasks with minimal direction
•    Strong oral and written communication skills

•    Conduct research project and implementation the survey following the proposal development.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification
•    BA in Business Administration, Marketing, but prefers in Master Degree in relevant field.
